Ethan runs TNAADO out of Toronto and Miami. The Toronto side is a media and technology firm that gets into the rooms and stories others can't reach, and it's where the tech team is based. The Miami side is a content house and app studio under one roof — idea, development, testing, and marketing, all in-house.
He goes after markets where the competition is slow or lazy, builds it right from the start, and uses real feedback to make it better. He operates as a force multiplier: puts the right people on the right problems, opens the right doors, and makes sure the work lands.
